We can't see your DSL signal NAD-3304D

Please follow these steps until the Broadband light is green for your AT&T BGW210-700 Gateway and you are back online.

Ensure all previously installed AT&T cables are firmly connected.
  1. Check any recent changes to wires, splitters or faceplates as these sometimes block the DSL signal and you may need to undo these changes.
  2. If your gateway is connected to a DSL phone filter, make sure it is connected to the filter jack labeled DSL and make sure the filter is connected using the green data cable to the gateway port labeled Broadband.
  3. If your gateway is not connected to a DSL phone filter, verify that the telephone cable is still properly connected between a working wall jack and the gateway port labeled Broadband.
  4. Make sure all phones, answering machines or other devices which connect to a phone jack have a DSL phone filter attached.
  5. Check that the broadband interface type in gateway settings (Broadband> Configuration> Broadband Source Override) is set to Auto.

Reboot your gateway
  1. Press and hold the RED RESET button for two (2) seconds.
  2. Watch for the Broadband light to turn solid green.

Close and reopen all your browser windows
